Having spent time with youth teams at Spring Harvest this Easter it has been exciting to see the lives of many young people transformed as they have dared to become ‘Game Changers’ in the world around them. Hannagh is one of many young people who have been inspired through Mission Academies and a youth-led mission agenda to take risks for Jesus daily. We communicate a message to young people that there is a cost to following Jesus, and that the cost is ‘EVERYTHING’. It is when we are willing to pay this price, and ‘offer our bodies as living sacrifice’ (Romans 12: 1) that sharing Jesus through our ongoing words and actions can become a natural part of everyday life. Do check out more information on Mission Academies here.

Phil TimpsonHOPE Revolution continues to support youth leaders to lead intentionally evangelistic youth ministries, whilst empowering young people to be effective and contagious disciples for Jesus. My prayer is that as we demonstrate spiritual leadership to young people, we may see an entire generation of young people become Game Changers impacting their schools, churches and communities so that together we may see a nation of young people impacted by the truth and love of Jesus. Why not consider a Mission Academy for your area?

HOPE Rev Roadshow
RoadshowBuilding on the success of the ‘Youth Evangelism Conference’ which has highlighted the need and demand for inspiring youth-led evangelistic ministries, HOPE Revolution is launching the ‘HOPE Revolution Roadshow’.

We passionately want to see young people coming to faith. The HOPE Rev Roadshow is a response to the urgency of this cause, exploring what God is saying to a generation of youth leaders in the UK. The Roadshow will unpack the need to model strong spiritual leadership to young people and will inspire youth leaders up and down the country to make youth-led evangelism a top priority in their youth ministries. Offering teaching, training and bespoke workshops for your context, through this roadshow you will:

•    Be inspired to lead intentionally evangelistic youth ministries
•    Gain an urgency for youth-led evangelism
•    Be able to review and reflect on evangelistic practice in your area
•    Have space to hear from God and shape evangelistic strategy
•    Receive practical tools that enable you to actively respond to this training
•    Develop a united strategic vision for youth-led evangelism in your area.

If you could gather a bunch of youth leaders in your area then we would love to bring the Roadshow to you. The Roadshow has been tailored to a two-hour session needing a minimum of just 8-10 youth leaders to maximise impact, but equally can be delivered as either a half day or full day’s training. Contact Phil Timson, HOPE’s National Youth Director to discuss this further or to make a booking.

Become a HOPE Rev advocate
AdvocateWe long to see young people taking a lead, growing in confidence and boldness to practically and effectively reach out to their peers and communities for Jesus. Raising young leaders today requires strong spiritual leadership, which amongst other things empowers young people with opportunity and permission to creatively and actively share their faith. If this is your desire, we would love to serve you as a HOPE Rev advocate, journeying with you, as increasing momentum builds around youth-evangelism.

Check out the recently updated advocate pack detailing the new ‘HOPE Rev Roadshow’, the ‘Step Out Tour’ as well as others ways that we can support and resource you in youth-led mission in the build up to 2018 - the next big year of mission. Step Out Tour bookings still being taken.

Could you gather youth practitioners in your area?
GroupIn Peterborough key youth practitioners met recently in order to pray and dream together as to what an intentional evangelistic youth strategy for the region could look like. In the mix were regional representatives from national youth organisations including YFC, Urban Saints and Scripture Union, local youth ministries, Diocesan youth officers and senior youth practitioners. This has resulted in momentum to build on successes and explore how gaps could be plugged as together they prioritise evangelistic strategies to see many young people finding faith in and following Jesus.

‘Could you gather youth specialists in your area?
Could you dream and work with others
to deliver a joined up youth evangelism strategy for your region?’

HOPE Rev would love to serve and support you to get a vision and strategy up and running in your area and would be thrilled to connect with you to see how we could help you get the ball rolling!
